IPS for Windows

IPS for Windows has been developed to provide full Windows functionality and makes extensive use of the ubiquitous mouse and ‘point and click’ technology. Turnkey have implemented a simple, easy to use interface for their IPS clients. Finding your way around the program via drop down menus, buttons and windows within windows is an intuitive process. Where options are presented to users, a drop down list allows you to select the appropriate entry from an approved list.

IPSfW also incorporates an on-line help system for fast searching on topics with both text and graphics displayed.

Office Integration

There is a high level of integration between IPSfW and Microsoft Office and this is particularly significant in the area of letters and forms production. With all correspondence being generated via Microsoft Word, documents are fully ‘WYSIWYG’, and on-screen viewing is available prior to printing. An extensive document base of some 600+ letters/forms is available for use from day one and users can easily generate their own documentation, utilising all the facilities of a Windows word processor. Links are also available to Excel, permitting users to quickly generate statistical information (e.g. for pre-visit questionnaires of monitoring bodies)..
