IPS OverviewIVA Module for IPS SQL
This provides the necessary menu options for information gathering,
generation of the proposal, contribution calculations and case monitoring for Individual Voluntary Arrangements.
Developed in association with a number of our clients, the module enables the user to capture
the data required to assess the suitability of an individual for an IVA or a Bankruptcy.
Features include :
Enquiry
Provides the ability to walk through all the information required with on screen guidance. The enquiry module covers the following aspects of the proposal:
- Debtor and Partner Information
- Assets and associated secured liabilities
- Unsecured liabilities
- Income and Expenditure, including expenditure guidelines
- Contributions
- Bankruptcy Comparison
- Approval process
Contributions Schedule
Based on the assets and liabilities information captured, the system will calculate the expected Contributions over the period of the proposed IVA. These contributions include any proposed refinancing, disposal of specific assets, additional income and proposed supervisor/nominee fees.
Documents
The module integrates with Microsoft Office and therefore captured data can be merged with standard forms or bespoke documents.
Integration with IPS
The module links fully with IPS SQL providing functionality such as word merging and exports to Excel.
